Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
Yesterday's test weight measurement showed that as long as I am in the weight loss phase and the weight goes. So I continue to eat tasty, calorie counting and BZHU. I hope that the summer will achieve the desired weight of 80 kg. Why 80 kg? That the weight at which a growth of 173 cm, I always looked very well and did not seem overly full. That's why I strive to 80 kg, and after that will be more leisurely and more delicious to lose weight, probably to 70 kilograms.
In the meantime, for breakfast I have my favorite sandwiches on rye bread (60 g) with fish paste (30 g) and low-fat cheese (30 grams).
For green tea, I added a piece of chocolate 75%. And, of course, the capsule of omega-3 is not forgotten me and drunk at meal time.
Total breakfast turned on 365 kcal.
After breakfast, as always tedious work behind a computer and a snack during fruit.
At snack apple (160 g) and kiwi (80 g).
Snack left on 120 kcal.
Well, I have chicken soup, which I cooked yesterday, you can not think about the fact that there is dinner, but just warm broth and eat it with pasta durum and slices of chicken breast boiled.

After dinner I put bake in the ovenbanana- oatmeal muffins, not to think about what to eat for breakfast the next two days and diversify my breakfast sandwich (from which, however, I will never give up).
And of course, I tried a slice of cake after dinner. Cake (40 g) with green tea -70 kcal.
I feel that I'm starting to take a seat on various frozen vegetable mixture. It is so convenient, tossed in the pan warmed, pepper and salt - and the side dish for dinner to something protein ready.
Until I decided to try the frozen mixture from different manufacturers that are available in stores near the house.
I tried Mexican blend of "Vitamin" and 8 vegetables from the company "4 seasons". While leading the composition and taste of the Mexican mix.
A dinner mixture I - 8 vegetables (150g) and baked chicken breast with tomato in yogurt (200 g of cheese) - 320 kcal.
In just a few hours before bedtime, I drank 200 grams of yogurt - 110 kcal.
In total for the day to get 1195 kcal.
Again, not enough for me to 1300 calories just 100 calories, but do not want to increase the amount of food, because I'm full. But I will still try to gather up to 1300.
Water rate, by the way, is not very pilas on this day. Earned I did not notice how the time and did not pay attention to standing next to a bottle of water. For the same cases, and those who forgets to drink water just needed programm on the phone, a reminder of the fact that it is time to drink a glass of water.
