The salad with kirieshki turns out to be not only tasty, but also very satisfying. They can easily replace a full lunch or dinner, it is permissible to use it as a snack. I am also glad that you are free to mix the composition of the dish to your taste, only supplementing it with crackers. Ingredients:

Milk sausage - 300 g

Canned peas - 100 g

Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.

Red onion - 0.5 pcs.

Croutons ("Kirieshki") - 1 pack.

Salt and pepper to taste

Mayonnaise - 1.5 tablespoons

How to cook:

Prepare food.

Rinse the fresh cucumber in water, removing dust and thorns from the surface. Cut off the ends of the vegetable on both sides. If the cucumber is ground, be sure to taste it, as the bitter fruit will ruin the whole salad. Cut the vegetable into slices, then into cubes. Place them in a deep bowl.

Open a packet of croutons and add them to a salad bowl. If using homemade bread products, lightly season them with ground dried garlic or other spices to taste.

Cut the milk sausage into the same cubes as the fresh cucumber. Open the jar of canned peas, drain the marinade and add the required amount of beans to the salad bowl along with the sausage.
