Want to make pies, but don't want to mess with making dough. Then I will offer you my recipe for making pies with meat without kneading the dough.
In this variant, I suggest using ready-made puff pastry, which is sold in any grocery store.
Everything is done very quickly, and the pies are delicious and beautiful.
Cooking ingredients:
Puff yeast-free dough - 500 g
Any minced meat - 250 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Salt - 1/4 tsp l. (taste)
Ground black pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)
Let's start cooking ...
It is already clear that if we take ready-made puff pastry, then all that remains is to prepare the filling... To do this, take ready-made minced meat or roll the meat through a meat grinder, add finely chopped onions.
Salt and pepper to taste and stir. The filling is ready!
Now we take one layer of puff pastry one by one and cut them into squares, about 10 by 10 cm in size.
We form small meatballs from minced meat, and put them one at a time on the prepared puff pastry squares.
We pinch the dough edges tightly, forming "koloboks".
We spread the formed pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, seam down. Grease with a beaten egg on top.
Now we take sharper knife and make two cuts crosswise, then make a few more cuts between them.
Now we carefully lift each "petal" from the middle, forming a kind of half-open flower bud.
We bake pies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees - 30 minutes. Agree very beautiful pies turn out, and what tasty... Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
