A few days ago I came across an interesting recipe for fish cakes. As always I tested the new food on the family dinner table. Everyone was so pleased with the fishcakes that now all members of the family refuse meat analogues, and are asked to repeat this dish. To be honest, and I liked them very much, so I decided to include them in my brand series of dishes called "Mind otesh". Traditionally attaching detailed step by step instructions.
