This tropical-flavored smoothie is both healthy and delicious. It perfectly satisfies hunger and may well replace breakfast or an afternoon snack, for example, after an active walk or a gym. A drink is prepared in a matter of minutes, no preparatory stage, which means that it is not necessary to make a smoothie for future use. Anyone, even with a tight schedule, will be able to prepare it just before consumption.
This recipe contains two types of milk - coconut and cow milk. If you are a vegan or lactose intolerant, add any other plant-based milk instead of the second, or make a shake with only coconut.
You can diversify the drink by giving it a little chocolate flavor. I suggest making a two-layer smoothie with coconut milk, it's not difficult at all, but it looks very impressive.

Ingredients
Coconut flakes - 3 tablespoons
Banana - 1 pc.
Cow's milk - 150 ml
Coconut milk - 150 ml
Maple syrup - to taste
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
Step by step recipe:
Prepare food. It is advisable to use a very ripe banana, because the more ripe the fruit, the sweeter it is, which means you don't have to additionally sweeten the smoothie with maple syrup.
Some of the coconut flakes can be replaced with oatmeal, flaxseed, or bran. A pinch of cinnamon is perfect for spices; you can add it while whipping a cocktail or decorate the top of the finished drink with it.
This amount of ingredients makes one large smoothie (about 400 ml) or two small ones.
Fold the peeled banana slices into the blender bowl, add the coconut flakes, leaving a couple of pinches to decorate the finished smoothie.
Pour in two types of milk.
If the banana isn't ripe enough, pour in some maple syrup or honey right away. For a start, 1 tbsp is enough.
Whisk the smoothie on a high speed blender until smooth and taste. If sweetness isn't enough, add more maple syrup and turn on the blender for a few seconds.
Then pour half of the drink into one large jar or two small ones, filling the dishes halfway.
Half of the drink remains in the bowl, add 1 tbsp. cocoa powder and beat again to mix with the total mass.
The result is a chocolate smoothie.
Pour it into a jar on top of the white layer without mixing.
Garnish the top of the drink with coconut shavings set aside earlier, and a sprig of mint for brightness.
Bon Appetit!
