Today I want to invite you to prepare a very tasty and juicy tuna salad.
The salad is bright and beautiful, it will perfectly decorate any festive table!

Finely chop the onions.
Add to 300 ml of pure water
- 1 full h. a spoonful of salt
- 2 full hours tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp. spoons of 9% vinegar
Stir until smooth and add the onion to the marinade.
We leave the onion on the table, and prepare the other ingredients ourselves.
Divide 6 boiled eggs into whites and yolks.
Rub separately on a coarse grater
- 6 proteins
- 4 yolks, and leave 2 yolks, they will later decorate the top of the salad

- one sweet and sour apple without peel
Grate on a fine grater

For the salad, I use canned tuna in oil. Drain the oil, and put the tuna on a plate.
- Mash tuna into small pieces with a fork
- crayon cut a bunch of dill. I chop the dill feathers, no tough stems
- salt the marinade with the pickled onion, and squeeze the onion

Install a split ring and an acetate film on the plate.

To prevent the potato layer from getting dry, I spread out some of the potatoes and cover it with a fine mesh of mayonnaise.
I spread the second part of the potato and again cover it with a fine mesh of mayonnaise.

- spread the remaining tuna evenly on the onion
- evenly spread the remaining pickled onions on the tuna, cover the onions with a fine mesh of mayonnaise
- evenly spread the dill on the mayonnaise mesh, cover the dill with a fine mesh of mayonnaise
- evenly spread the grated carrots on the mayonnaise mesh. Cover the carrots with mayonnaise and level
- evenly spread the grated apple on the carrots. Cover the apple with mayonnaise and smooth
- evenly spread the grated proteins on the apple. Cover the proteins with mayonnaise and level
- spread the grated yolks evenly on the whites. Cover the yolks with a fine mesh of mayonnaise

We remove the salad in the refrigerator and brew for 2-3 hours. You can prepare a salad in the evening and refrigerate overnight.
Free the salad from the ring and acetate film before serving.

- 300 grams (ml) water
- 1 hour spoon of salt
- 2 hours tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp. spoons of 9% vinegar
