Ingredients:
flour
baking margarine
eggs
salt
lemon acid
water
sweet curd mass
Preparation:
For these cheesecakes, I make the dough myself. It turns out a la flaky, and very tasty. So, take 2 cups of flour and add 0.5 cups of cold water to which a pinch of citric acid is added (add a little, on the tip of a knife).
Mix, then drive in one whole egg and one protein. Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, knead the dough and roll it into a layer.
Put margarine in the middle, cut into small pieces (half a pack is needed). We wrap the edges and pinch them so that an envelope turns out, and the margarine is inside.
We roll it into the layer, put it four times and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Then roll it out again, fold it in four and put it in the refrigerator. And then we repeat again.
Now we roll out the dough and use a glass to cut out the circles. We divide the circles into two equal parts - we put one aside. And in the rest in the middle we make a small hole. For example, a small lid for baby food or a bottle. Dough rings are obtained. The trims can be rolled out and cut again into blanks.
We put a ring on the circle, connect them. It should look like this:
And now we lay out the curd mass into the resulting blanks (1 pack). Instead, you can use regular curd mixed with yolk, sugar and raisins. From above, the curd mass can be slightly greased with yolk.
We put the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees. After 10-15 minutes, the cheesecakes are ready. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
Bon appetit, my dears!
