I used to cook onions like that. And today I decided to take cabbage instead of onions. And we liked it! Very tasty and unusual. Friends also rated "excellent". Therefore, I say with confidence that you can also serve on the festive table as a snack!
HOW TO COOK:
I cut the cabbage into thin strips. You can take a special grater - it will be faster and more beautiful. But I used to do it with a knife.
I put the cabbage in a bowl and "squeeze" a little with my hands, so that the cabbage becomes softer.
In another container I combine flour, salt and spices. I mix well.
And gradually I pour in cold water. I stir so that there are no lumps left. Then I send this "dough" to the cabbage.
I add parsley.
It remains to fry. I dip it in parts into hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Then I spread it on a paper towel to remove excess oil. This aroma is in the kitchen while the cabbage is fried... I fry in a small saucepan so that I don't add a lot of oil. And little by little. Then it roasts very quickly.
The appetizer is ready! Very aromatic and tasty! It would seem that it is an ordinary cabbage, but the taste is unusual)) And at first sight it is not very clear what it is. But it looks delicious, so everyone will try. We really enjoyed!
Of course, we often don't cook this, but sometimes we allow ourselves such "harm"))
• Cabbage - 200 g
• Flour - 140 g
• Cold water - 130-150 ml
• Parsley - 2-3 branches
• Coriander - 1 tsp.
• Turmeric - 1 tsp.
• Paprika - 1 tsp.
• Dried onions - 1-2 tsp.
• Ground white pepper - 1/3 tsp.
• Salt - 1 tsp.
