In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment49.5 kg.

The morning of the day we started early as usual. It seems that you can sleep, but no one slept. Probably have to get up early in the habit - it's for the best, you can convert a lot of cases.

In the morning on empty stomach to drink a glass of water and do procedures morning, preparing breakfast.

My early breakfast today - it's simply delicious!

In the first place - cheese mini pizzas - one little thing just 100 g - 275 kcal, which is not enough for breakfast. Therefore, green tea I have eaten two small sandwiches at home whole grain rye bread (25 g) with fish paste (25 g).

Just happened to breakfast 415 kcal.

During breakfast, I drink vitamins and omega-3.

After breakfast we went on business, it was necessary to pick up their documents. And along the way he jumped into a couple of shops, including the favorite fish store, and this means waiting for me a delicious breakfast.

Even bought a watermelon. While the season and not bothered watermelons - actively eat!

600 g of watermelon to undershot - 150 kcal.

And 20 grams of peanuts on all day, just shabby from the plates and something to chew on, dial the right fats - 110 kcal.

At lunch yesterday was a cooked chicken broth and separate decoction vermishelka hard wheat basis vectors. Gently try once more to share life hacking as not to spoil the chicken broth swollen noodles - just boil it separately, rinse, so as not to stick together and store in a separate container, adding preheated bouillon. Or who has the time - just to boil whenever the vermicelli-cobweb (5 is a matter of minutes).

So for lunch I have 300 grams of chicken broth, 75 g of ready-made pasta and 50 grams of chicken meat.

Lunch turned on 315 kcal.

Dinner consisted of my omelet (200) and cherry tomatoes (50 g)

Dinner turned on 260 kcal.

Perfect dinner when advance nothing prepared and prepare basically lazy.

And after dinner, for tea, I took myself 30 g of apple jelly. Useful sweet tea - the dream of losing weight).

Total for the day turned 1300 kcal.

In the afternoon a little walk around the woods until the weather gives a chance to stick his nose out of the house and nashagat little steps.
