Is it the weekend? Or just wanted to pamper yourself? It's time to cook something delicious. For example, homemade juicy homemade whites.
We will not pretend to be "classics", everything is simple with us, without bells and whistles. But how delicious!
Ingredients:
- yeast dough (recipe below)
- 0.5 kg mixed minced meat (chicken and pork or turkey with something)
- 1 large onion
- 1 half teaspoon of salt
- 1 hour l. seasoning for meat or minced meat
- dry herbs
- water or broth for juiciness
How to cook:
Any baking starts with dough. For our whites, we use a quick yeast dough without dough, which is ready to use in just 40 minutes.

The dough is the fastest
1. Next, we proceed to the filling. Chop the onion into cubes. Mix with minced meat, salt and spices.
For juiciness, pour in ice water, mineral water or broth. Literally a couple of tablespoons. Some advise to grate butter for fat content if the minced meat is dry (turkey, beef). Knead everything, you can beat it into a bowl.
2. Knead the matched dough, cut into pieces.
3. Roll out each piece of dough a little, put a generous filling of meat with onions and spices in the middle, collect the dough into a knot, leaving a hole on the top of the whitewash.
4. Fry the whites in a lot of vegetable oil to float freely.
Hole first down. Then turn it over.
