Homemade Lemon biscuits. With the very minimum set of products, you can make delicious cookies, by the way, such cookies can even be cooked in Lent.

Recipe:
lemon -1pc
sugar -150g
vanilla sugar -1 pack
flour -400g
baking powder -1 tsp.
vegetable oil -100ml
COOKING METHOD
Cut the lemon, remove the seeds if any. Put in a blender, add 150 grams of sugar and punch with a blender.
Put in a bowl, add 100 ml of vegetable oil, vanilla sugar and stir.
Cast 1/3 of the mass.
We measure 400 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder, mix.
Put about 120 grams of flour in the smaller part and make crumbs from this mass, set aside, put the rest of the flour in another part and knead the shortbread dough.
We take a baking sheet, form a rectangle from the dough, put crumbs on top.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Be guided by your oven.
We take out, cut and serve for tea.
