These breakfasts are often referred to as "canned oatmeal" or "lazy oatmeal". All that is needed is to fill the portion container with oatmeal, dried fruits, nuts, berries the night before, pieces of fresh fruit, close, send to the refrigerator overnight and enjoy healthy and tasty porridge the next morning without cooking.

Ingredients:

Kefir - 170 ml

Oat flakes - 100 g

Apple - 0.5 pcs.

Dates - 6 pcs.

Nuts - 20 g

Raisins - 20 g

Prunes - 20 g

Currant - 20 g

Raspberries - 20 g

Honey - 20 g

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To cook kefir oatmeal for the night, take the foods on the list. You can substitute your other favorite dried fruits, fresh or frozen fruits and berries. Pieces of chocolate, ground spices, all kinds of syrups are often added, milk is poured in instead of kefir. That is, based on the same recipe, they get a universal and varied breakfast - an alternative to muesli, granola and oatmeal porridge.

Step 2 - Oatmeal can be anything you like. Even rolled oats, which should be boiled for a long time, are soaked in moisture and soften overnight. And for processed instant plates, 15, if not less, minutes is enough. But since there are more benefits in ordinary oatmeal (rolled oats), we take it. Easily pour it into a breakfast jar and smoothie or some other convenient and non-oxidizing dish with a lid.

Step 3 - Next, we sketch out delicious natural additives and the order does not matter here. Let's start with a mix of nuts, prunes and raisins. Large dried fruits, crumbled nuts.

Step 4 - Cut a juicy apple into small cubes, lower the whole berries (raspberries and black currants). In our oatmeal on kefir, products of different aroma, density and structure are mixed.

Step 5 - Fill the top with kefir of the desired fat content, add a spoon or two of honey, enhance the sweetness with slices of dates (leave a little to decorate the breakfast itself). We close and shake, so that the liquid quickly sinks to the bottom and soaks all dry layers of flakes. If for some reason you do not use honey, replace it with granulated sugar or add more sweet fruits. We send oatmeal on kefir with berries, dried fruits and nuts to the refrigerator overnight (main compartment).

Step 6 - In the morning, serve the swollen oatmeal in a jar for breakfast.
