Cooking method:
Grate the peeled and seeded zucchini on a fine grater, it is better to drain the excess liquid. Grate hard cheese. Mix both, add eggs, milk, flour. To mix everything.
The dough should be semi-liquid, as for ordinary pancakes. Bake "pancakes" of medium size, with a diameter of about 20 cm.
Prepare the filling: fry any minced meat with chopped onions and grated carrots. Add your favorite dry spices. Cool the minced meat and mix with a small amount of mayonnaise + sour cream + garlic.
