This healthy and delicious broccoli casserole is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Such cabbage fits perfectly here, in combination with an airy omelet mass, the result is excellent. The addition of spices is mandatory; they significantly affect the final taste. Dry granulated garlic adds a spicy flavor to the dish.

You can serve casserole with various fresh vegetables and herbs. If it's morning, you can add toast with cream cheese and a piece of red fish, another cup of coffee - believe me, this breakfast will make your day great!

Ingredients:

Broccoli - 250 g

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Thick yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Hard cheese - 100 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1/3 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list.

2. Wash broccoli and disassemble into inflorescences. Boil clean water in a saucepan on the stove, dip the cabbage into it and boil for one and a half minutes. After a while, remove the inflorescences and transfer them to cold water. Now you can turn on and warm up the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

3. Take a deep bowl, beat in a few chicken eggs.

4. Put two tablespoons of thick plain yogurt with them.

5. Pour in spices - salt, pepper and dry garlic. Shake eggs and yogurt until smooth. If you wish, you can flavor the mixture with any other spices to your liking.

6. Prepare a heatproof dish for the oven, lightly oil it with vegetable oil. Transfer the cabbage inflorescences to the mold. Cover with a mixture of eggs and yogurt.

7. Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater, sprinkle with all the broccoli. Move the container with the workpiece to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

8. After a while, remove the form from the oven and place the casserole on the plates.
