I bring to your attention pancakes with egg and green onions.

I still had boiled eggs and it immediately came to my mind that it was necessary to cook pies with an egg and onions. But pies take a long time, and I have very little free time.

Therefore, I decided to make pancakes stuffed with eggs and green onions - simply and most importantly - quickly!

Let's cook.

Mix yogurt with egg and a pinch of salt.

Add flour and baking powder. Mix the dough well so that there are no lumps left.

We set aside the dough and move on to the filling.

Two Finely chop two flock eggs and green onions.

Add eggs and onions to the dough, mix.

Bake in a preheated frying pan on both sides over medium heat under a lid. To avoid burning, carefully turn the pancakes several times.

If you are not sure about your pan, it is better to grease it with a drop of oil (no more than 5 g).

Ingredients:

  • yogurt (not drinking, I have Greek) - 220 g,
  • 1 chicken egg fresh
  • 70 g whole grain flour (I have rice),
  • 2 boiled chicken eggs,
  • 40 g green onions,
  • a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • vegetable oil for frying no more than 5 g (if you doubt your pan).

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 170, B - 10.3, F - 8, U - 13.7.
