- Tomato - 1 piece.

- Sour cream - 200 g.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 / 3ch.l.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 / 3ch.l. (optional)
- Black pepper - to taste
- COOKING METHOD

We shall cut fillets of fish into large pieces. Add 1 / 3ch.l. salt, black pepper and stir. 2lukovitsy will cut thin rings quarter. Fresh tomato can cut a cube.
