Today I suggest you prepare a delicious omelet with cottage cheese, which comes out low in calories and hearty, you can eat it not only for breakfast, but also for lunch or during a snack.
For frying, it's best to use a non-stick skillet to minimize the amount of oil in the dish. Among other things, I suggest adding sweet ground paprika to the omelet, it will give him a pleasant shade of taste. Serve the dish with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients:
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Curd 9% - 100 g
Paprika - 2 pinches
Salt, pepper - to taste
Greens - for serving dishes
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose large chicken eggs, count the amount based on how many people you cook. From these products, two servings of omelet are made.
2. Take a convenient deep container for work. Wash and dry the eggs, then beat into a bowl.
3. Add cottage cheese to a bowl of eggs. Choose the fat content of this product for yourself, you can use completely fat-free, in our version, 9% cottage cheese was still preferred.
4. Toss in a couple pinches of sweet paprika, lightly season with salt and ground black pepper.
5. Prepare the hand blender for work, you can also use a regular fork. Beat the cottage cheese and eggs, but not by constant chopping, but impulsively, since a too beaten mass is not suitable for an omelet.
6. Optionally, you can add spices yourself. You can also add different fillings to such an omelet - mushrooms, cheese, vegetables, tomatoes, a little ham, etc.
7. Heat a frying pan on the stove, lightly oil it. Pour in the omelet mixture, cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
8. Serve the finished egg omelet with cottage cheese immediately.
