In one of his videos, the six-time Russian champion V. Sobolevsky shared with us his "champion" menu (he does not eat meat either in everyday life or before competitions, and this helps him to be at high energy and win). Here is one of the champion's breakfasts.

Ingredients:

1. Apple - 2-3 pieces

2. Dates - 10-15 pcs

3. Currant - 1 tablespoon

4. Strawberry - 5 berries

5. Water - 1 glass

Preparation

We take apples, wash, cut into slices, remove the middle, immerse in a blender container, then load the pulp of dates and berries (fresh or frozen), fill with warm water (if you pour more water, you get a smoothie, if less, then a thick gruel).

We twist everything together for about 1.5 minutes, put it into a cup and the champion's breakfast is ready! All this is enough to be on high energy for 2-3 hours (+ the second portion can be taken with you for a snack).
