The chicken turns out to be soft, so that it just melts, because it is baked in its own juice, and the baked pita bread is soaked in the juice and aroma of chicken and becomes amazingly tasty and aromatic. Both chicken and lavash are eaten with great pleasure.

Recipe:
Lavash -1pc.
Chicken -1.5 kg.
Salt -1.5 tsp.
Mustard -1 tsp
Lemon juice -2-3 tbsp.
Sour cream -3 tbsp.
Vegetable oil -3 tbsp.
Black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
To begin with, we will prepare chicken legs, the weight of the legs is 1.5 kg, cut into 2 parts. Put in a bowl and add 1.5 tsp. salt, pass 5-6 cloves of garlic through a press, add 3 tbsp. sour cream and 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Add 1 tsp. mustard, I add Haas spicy Russian mustard, and add 2 tbsp. lemon juice, I use ready-made lemon juice. Mix everything well and leave for at least 1 hour.
Take a baking sheet, grease it with oil, put the pita bread on a baking sheet, cut off a part of the pita bread and put it on the bottom again. Now put in the chicken and cover with the remaining pita bread.
Lubricate the top with sour cream or vegetable oil. Now be sure to cover it with foil and put it in a preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees to cooked for 1 hour, or navigate your oven, you may need more or less time. We take it out of the oven, if you wish, you can sprinkle it with cheese on top and put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes. I serve like that.
