The base is always cookies, but the composition of the additives changes frequently. For example, cocoa powder can be used instead of natural chocolate. And the result will be no worse.

Ingredients:
Shortbread cookies - 250 gr.
Butter - 75 gr.
Milk - 50 ml.
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Divide the required amount of cookies into two equal parts. Grind half with a rolling pin, getting sand crumbs. Optionally, you can use a blender or meat grinder.
Break the rest of the cookies with your hands to make pieces of different sizes, from large to small. Their shape does not matter, arbitrary will do.
Set the cookies aside for a while, while you prepare the chocolate mixture. To do this, combine the required portion of granulated sugar and cocoa powder in a small bowl, mix slightly.
Put pieces of butter in an enamel container, melt over minimal heat, getting a liquid solution. This process can still be done in a water bath or in the microwave.
Pour the sugar and cocoa powder mixture into the melted butter. Stir to remove any lumps.
Keep the container with the contents on low heat of the stove. Pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring in parallel.
Keep the chocolate on the fire until it thickens slightly. This will take about 2-3 minutes. Do not forget to constantly stir the mass, avoiding burning from the bottom.
After a while, taste the mixture, making sure that no sweet grains are felt on your teeth, the sugar should completely dissolve.
Place two types of cookies (crumbs and large pieces) in a deep container, mix, pour hot chocolate on top.
Begin stirring and continue until each cookie slice is wrapped in chocolate.
Then put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it solidifies a little. It will be easier to mold the sausage we need from a solid composition.
After a while, form one piece from the chocolate dough, which is similar in shape to a sausage. It can be made both round and square - at will.
Wrap a long piece in cling film as tightly as possible so that air does not pass through, and load it into the refrigerator for further solidification for several hours.
After the specified period of time, the chocolate biscuit and cocoa sausage will become hard. Having expanded it, cut into circles of the same thickness.
