I know for sure that it is possible to lose weight comfortably and tasty. After all the hunger diets I've tried, after dietary restrictions and food restrictions that only led to breakdowns and gaining weight again, calorie counting became my salvation.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for a quick casserole with cherries.
I don't know what to call this miracle. Neither a pie nor a casserole - but delicious, and to cook very quickly, the most important thing is not to bother with preparing the dough.
Remember the recipe lazy achma? This casserole is something similar, but a sweet version with a berry🍒.
âś…Products I have used:
- cottage cheese 5% -200 g,
- 2 chicken eggs,
- 100 g of thin lavash,
- 6 sachet sahzam or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- 100g frozen cherries,
- 60g milk 2.5%,
- natural yogurt (or soft cottage cheese, or yogurt - optional) - 30 g
- sachet of 1 g vanillin.
âś…Cooking.
Everything is simple and fast.
Beat with a blender (so that there are no lumps and the consistency is homogeneous) cottage cheese, milk, eggs, vanillin and sugar substitute.
We randomly cut the lavash into small pieces.
Combine the curd mixture with lavash and mix well.
We add most of the cherry, from which it is necessary to drain the excess liquid (I even squeezed the defrosted berry a little). We leave 7-8 berries for decoration - if desired.
Instead of cherries, you can use any fruits or berries.
Gently mix the berry into the resulting dough.
Put in a baking dish. I have silicone (12 cm).
We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. For baking time, always focus on your oven.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Our cake will settle.
Remove from the mold and, if desired, grease with yogurt (soft cottage cheese or yogurt (like mine) and decorate with berries.
