Tender and juicy chicken, which is suitable as a snack for each day, and also looks great on the holiday table.

Ingredients:

1 kg of chicken
1 tbsp. water
3 hours. l. salt
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 hours. l. honey
2 tbsp. l. ground paprika
1 h. l. grated nutmeg
4 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

1. Dissolve 2 hours. l. salt in water glass.

2. Chicken fillet washed and dipped in salt water.
Leave the meat for at least 3 hours, and preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

3. Marinated fillet removed and rinsed.

4. Assign thick fillet string to keep its shape when baked.

5. To prepare the mixture for smearing. To do this, connect the oil, minced garlic, salt residue, paprika, honey and nutmeg.

6. Related breast uniformly lubricate the resulting mixture.

7. Put fillets on baking parchment paper.

8. Put the chicken in a preheated oven to 250 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes pastrami.

9. Until cool to leave the meat in the oven.

The cooled down as it holds its shape better.

Release fillets of thread and cut into slices.
