It will take you no more than 10 minutes to prepare a tomato salad and it will disappear from the table just as quickly. It goes well with any side dishes and meat dishes. And it is especially good for grilled dishes.

Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- parsley - 1 bunch
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- sugar - 1/2 tsp l.
- salt - 1/2 tsp l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Let's start by slicing the tomatoes. We use medium-sized fruits, only 5 pieces are needed. Cut out the stalk and cut into slices.
Cut the half of the red onion head into half rings. You can also use white onions.
2. Put chopped tomatoes and onions into a bowl.
3. Rub one carrot with long strips. I use a slicer, but you can also use a coarse grater.
Put the carrots in a bowl with the chopped vegetables.
4. Chop a bunch of fresh parsley and add to a bowl too.
5. Cooking salad dressing.
Pour 0.5 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp l. salt, pour in 1 tbsp. l. vinegar, 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil and ground black pepper.
Mix the dressing.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad.
Mix everything and let it brew for 15 minutes.
The salad turned out to be bright, beautiful and vitamin. It's easy to prepare and great for everyday use.
