Very tasty, satisfying and not the usual alternative to meat in French
Ingredients: pork neck, large onion, oyster mushrooms (champignons), hard cheese 50% fat, marinated cucumber (small), ham, small tomatoes, garlic, Mayonnaise, Salt, Black pepper, Vegetable oil for frying

Let's prepare food.
Cut the meat into 4 steaks of 125 gr. (I cut into 2 large ones). Products are based on 4 steaks. Salt and pepper to taste.
We cut the onion into half rings, disassemble the oyster mushrooms with feathers and fry until tender, slightly salted and peppered.
Grate ham, 2/3 of cheese and cucumbers on a coarse grater, chop the garlic. We season all this with mayonnaise and mix. We rub 1/3 of the cheese on a fine grater, cut the tomatoes without skin into slices.
Fry the meat steaks in a grill pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side and transfer to a baking dish. Top with a layer of mushrooms and onions.
Then layer with ham and cucumbers. Place tomato slices on top and sprinkle with cheese.
We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for ~ 30-40 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
