My perfect dough, which does not require any effort and soiling of hands 🎉🎉🎉 At the same time, it is very tasty and universal shopping mall from it you can do whatever you like - fried pies, bread, pie with filling and etc. #pastries #dough #patties #breakfast
Ingredients: grams of flour, grams of sugar, grams of salt, grams of dry yeast, grams of sunflower oil, grams of water at room temperature
Cooking method:
Add all the ingredients in order to the mixing bowl. I put it on the scales and fall asleep by grams. Lastly, I add the liquid (if you do the opposite, then the flour at the first movement of the mixer distributed far beyond the bowl - on the table, floor, walls ...) I knead until the dough moves away from bowl walls.
I set the slow cooker to the "multi-cook" mode of 35-40 degrees for 1 hour. I grease the bowl of the multicooker with sunflower oil and transfer the dough into it. I cover the bowl with a towel. At the end of the mode, you can knock out the dough and set the same mode for another half hour and so on up to three times - or you may not have to.
While the dough is rising, make the pie filling.
The dough comes out of the multicooker easily. You can grease your hands with sunflower oil (or maybe there is no TC oil enough so that the dough does not stick to your hands and the table) and then create what you want out of it. I had potato pies in the oven today (30 minutes = 200°)
Bon Appetit!!!
