Ingredients:
1. Flax seed - a handful
2. Apple - 1 piece
3. Orange - 1 piece
4. Dried apricots - 5 pieces
5. Prunes - 5 pieces
6. Raisins - a handful
7. Water - 1 glass
8. Ground ginger - a pinch
Preparation
In the evening, we soaked the flax seed in water at room temperature. Separately, dried apricots, prunes and raisins (if they are hard) were poured with water, otherwise you can not soak, but simply rinse and cut into pieces in the morning (so dried fruits will even better absorb toxins from the intestines, swelling there, and not in advance in a plate in water).
We washed the apple and the orange too, so that in the morning you spend less time cooking breakfast (even orange can be cleaned in the evening by drying the zest for further use in various confectionery and etc.).
After waking up, they washed the flax and fruits with mildly hot water, drained the water, cut the fruits into pieces, added raisins, and sprinkled ginger. Stir and warm pleasant detox mixture is ready to heal us!
(With the regular use of such mixtures instead of the usual breakfasts of most of the fast carbohydrates, there is a significant unloading of the intestines from "winter blockages" and normalization of weight).
