Preparation:
Take 500g pork cut into thin plates and repel from both sides. If you do not have a special hammer, use an ordinary knife, beating the meat feedback (not pointed) side.
Spread on a baking sheet, greased with butter, potatoes, cut into slices. Next, lay out the pieces of meat.
Salt, pepper to taste, put on top of the onions, sliced rings or half rings. For this dish you will need one medium onion.
Further, on top of onion, put potatoes again. By the way, potatoes are laid tightly enough. Slices should be a bit like overlapping. Potatoes need 1 kg. Salt, pepper potatoes, grease the top with mayonnaise and send in the oven.
Bake for about an hour at 180 degrees. For 15 minutes until cooked sprinkle with potatoes 100g grated cheese. When the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top - to get out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
