Blue cocktail with seaweed. Iodine for the thyroid gland

Admin

Everything depends on the correct functioning of the thyroid gland! Any endocrinologist will tell you this. Our "thyroid gland" needs iodine, which is enough for people living by the seas, and the lack of all others. Iodine is found in algae (kelp, spirulina, chlorella, etc.) and can be replenished by eating algae without going to sea. They are sold in healthy lifestyle stores and pharmacies.

Ingredients:

1. Spirulina (half a teaspoon of powder or 1 tablet)

2. Wheat germ greens (bunch) or other greens containing iodine

3. Zira (pinch) is possible without, but it also contains a lot of iodine

4. Pepper peas (a couple of peas)

5. Water (1 liter)

Preparation

We take the greens, wash them, cut them into smaller pieces, put them in a blender container, add blue algae (spirulina), cumin, pepper, water at room temperature. We twist it, filter it, you can twist the green cake with new water again. Have a good mood! With regular use of such a cocktail, the thyroid gland will feel good and will be satisfied! (There are contraindications)
