A turkey thigh baked in the oven in a sleeve turns out to be very aromatic, especially tasty, juicy and tender, dietary. This dish is sure to please your household for lunch or dinner. It is also suitable for a festive feast.

Ingredients:
Turkey (thigh) - 1300 gr.
Garlic - 1 zbchk.
Vegetable oil - 40 ml.
Fresh rosemary - 2 wht.
Salt and spices to taste
Step by step recipe:
We prepare the products necessary for roasting the turkey thighs in the sleeve.
We wash the meat, dry it with a napkin. We remove, if any, hairs from the skin.
Lubricate the thighs with vegetable oil and put in a high heat-resistant form. Then sprinkle with spices for chicken or meat, salt. We leave to marinate for half an hour at room temperature, covered with a napkin or kitchen towel.
We clean the garlic clove from the shell, rinse, chop. Remove the greens from the rosemary sprigs. Sprinkle the thighs with garlic and rosemary needles.
We carefully pack the form into a sleeve by measuring the required amount of film from the roll. Tie the edges tightly with clamps. We make several punctures with a needle.
By the way, if the clamps in the package are out, the sleeve can be tied with ordinary threads. Or cut a 1 centimeter wide strip from the edge of the roll, cut it into 2 parts - you will get two tie ribbons.
We bake the turkey at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Then we take it out, cut the sleeve in the center and put it in the oven to bake the meat until golden brown. It took me 20 minutes. When baking meat in a mold, a lot of juice is formed.
Delicious baked turkey thigh is done. Serve with any side dish, I cooked rice with frozen vegetables in a slow cooker.
