Since my student days, I can not stand the word "sauce." Therefore, I did not turn the language to call it his own recipe, although in fact suitable.

This vegetable sauce with chicken is universal for any garnish: fried potatoes, Rice, pasta, etc. Cooking time 30 minutes. Recipe easy and simple, but in spite of this it turns out very tasty. I do it often, but it disappears quickly.

INGREDIENTS
1 kg of chicken meat
young zucchini 2 pcs.
carrot 1 pc.
onion 1 pc.
garlic 1 clove
cream (10-20%) 400-500 ml
starch 1 tsp uppers
salt, pepper and seasoning

Recipe butter chicken sauce with zucchini

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Chop the onion, carrot and zucchini.

Good warm up the pan with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Quickly over high heat fry the onion, add the carrots and warm up another minute.

Behind lay chicken meat and fry it until it changes color. It should brighten slightly.

Add zucchini, Garlic, salt, pepper and mix everything.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.

As part of the cream to dissolve the starch and pour it into the pan.

Boil.

Further, to achieve the desired density, adding the cream and maintaining the heating.

As a result, it took me 450 ml cream.

Warm up the sauce for 3-4 minutes, add salt and pepper.
