For breakfast, we will prepare ourselves a delicious and healthy berry-linseed detox smoothie. It's all about the magic raspberry pits and the cleansing power of the black plum.
Ingredients:
1. Flax seeds - 1 tablespoon
2. Blueberries - 1 tablespoon berries
3. Raspberries - 1 tablespoon berries
4. Water - 1.5 cups
5. Prunes - 5 pieces
Preparation
We take flax seed, fill it with water, leave it in the refrigerator overnight (it can be on the table). In the morning we move it to the blender container, add the berries (of course, fresh ones work better, but they also work from the freezer). Pre-defrost the berries for 10-15 minutes (if you defrost them longer, then all the useful substances will evaporate).
Add berries to flax, put prunes (soaked for an hour in water), top up with warm water (closer to hot, as far as the blender tolerates). Beat until smooth and the scrub smoothie is ready! It is more effective to use on "clean days" (cleansing fasting days) with plenty of warm mineral water.
