The classic recipe uses beef as meat - it is not a fatty, aromatic and healthy product. Regardless of variations, carrots and onions are always fried in oil in a pan. Salted cucumbers add piquancy and sourness to the salad, if desired, they can be replaced with pickled mushrooms, it turns out equally tasty.

Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin - 300 gr.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Ground black pepper - 0.25 tsp
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Green onions - 20 gr.
Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Rinse a piece of beef under a running stream, put it in a pot of water for cooking. When it boils, add salt. Simmer the meat for 60 minutes.
After a while, remove the soft piece of beef from the broth, cool, cut into small cubes. You can use another way to cut the meat, such as strips.
In parallel, prepare other ingredients for the salad. Remove the top layer from the onion head, rinse, adjust with medium-sized squares.
Peel the carrots from the unnecessary layer, chop using a grater with large holes.
Set the pan on fire, heat the oil in it, then send the onion slices. Saute the onions separately initially. Once it is translucent and soft, load the carrot strips into the pan.
Cook the vegetables together for another 5 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally during the process.
Prepare pickles in parallel - squeeze them from the marinade, cut into medium-sized cubes. While slicing, cucumber juice will stand out, which should be drained, otherwise the salad will come out too watery.
Cool the carrot and onion sauté completely, transfer it to a deep container, add sliced meat and cucumbers there.
Season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. The amount of mayonnaise sauce can vary depending on personal preference.
Mix the dish thoroughly, load it into the refrigerator for literally 10 minutes for easy cooling and impregnation. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
