Berry jam with sugar is not a very healthy pleasure. Take live "healthy" berries and boil them = kill all vitamins.
Refined sugar "robs" the body for all vitamins, in particular for the main vitamin C, therefore, sugar-free berry puree is much healthier (honey is also not advisable to use in dissolved form).
Let's make delicious and really healthy berry puree for the delight of adults and kids.
Ingredients:
1. Cherries - a glass of berries (stimulates the liver to work)
2. Dates - 10-15 pcs (give sweetness and thickness)
3. Ginger powder - pinch (cleans the blood, but you can without it)
(similar berry puree can be made from almost any berry)
Preparation
They collected ripe cherries (out of season, you can use frozen ones), washed, removed the seeds (without looking at any). In a jar (or mortar), they crushed the cherries so that the berry gives juice.
We sent a blender to the pulp of dates, sprinkled in ginger powder (if desired, it cleans the blood).
Grind for about 1-1.5 minutes and got a delicious sweet and sour (as it should!) Raw food live cherry puree (not some boiled semi-dead like most).
