Like in the morning and it would be necessary to work on the computer, but does not go somehow. Absolutely no thinking, the text read - nothing is deposited in the head. I wanted to transfer the work to the later and spend the morning time for exercise, but the weather said to me - none. In such a cold somehow not comfortable on a bike ride through the woods.
Something all against me. Or just lazy? Although when you know that no one except me will make my work - then do not be lazy lazy, and even at night, but have to work.
At the snack I had a cheese roll (130 g) with green tea. Rye bran 30 g Weigh yourself for the whole day. For cuts, the mandatory water!
Snack turned out (taking into account the bran) - 210 kcal.
Just over half an hour for lunch cooked turkey stew with zucchini. In season vegetables to the maximum you want to use them).
For lunch 300 g steamed turkey with vegetables, radishes 100 g and 30 g of wholemeal bread - 230 kcal.
Lunch turned low-calorie and decided to add tea afternoon rye loaf with caviar carp (20 g) - 70 kcal. Recently, really want something like that.
After lunch, it's still working inspiration.
In turkey dinner baked under sour cream with French mustard Adyg with tomato and cheese (200g turkey raw) and cut her tomato salad (90g) and cucumber (80g), having filled it cream 10% (20 g).
Total dinner turned 250 kcal.
And the day had accumulated 1205 kcal. Drunk water norm.
I am taking the time to exercise at home (with dumbbells and hand exercises for the hips and legs).
