Today, I once again a small "rehearsal-training" to the New Year's table, this time trying to puff salad with chicken liver... Salad turns out delicious, all ingredients are available, prepare light.
Ingredients for cooking:
Chicken liver - 300 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Boiled potatoes (in their skins) - 2-3 pieces.
Boiled carrots - 1 pc.
Salted or pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pc.
Green canned peas - 1 jar
Mayonnaise
The first thing, of course, boil the chicken liver and vegetables (separately). I cook the vegetables just in the water, and the liver in salted water, and even add 1 bay leaf and a few peas black pepper.
The liver is cooled and cut into strips, and likewise cut into pickles.
From vegetables to peel and rub on a coarse grater.
Onion shred into small cubes, can be cut into half rings, and then literally 3-4 minutes in boiling water to scald.
And even now you are ready to assemble the salad. You can use a deep bowl, I spread layers of lettuce on a flat plate using assembly ring me such an option seems more festive. 1 layer - is grated potatoes, mayonnaise top lubricates
2-3 layers - sliced liver and onions, mayonnaise again
Layer 4 - grated carrots, mayonnaise
5 layer - chopped pickles, mayonnaise
And the top layer spread as green canned peas. All... Now you can decorate the salad some fresh herbs, and serve! Try a delicious salad!
