Knead a very nice smooth dough. We wrap it in cling film and for 1 hour * If the dough lies in the refrigerator for a long time, it becomes very dense and it is difficult and difficult to roll it out quickly, so I do not recommend leaving it in the cold for a long time !!!
In total, I got 1164 g of finished dough, when rolling out 3 mm, it turns out 11 cakes with a diameter of 18 cm. The cakes were baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7 minutes, no more.
