Today I want to offer you a recipe for a bakery pie - it is baked like a whole pie, but consisting of many very soft, tender buns with a light sugar crust and delicious filling!

Dough yeast lean, and this time, I use apples and poppy seeds as a filling - but, the filling can be absolutely any... And, not even lean!

And here's what is needed for cooking:

For the test:
Warm water - 250 ml
Pressed yeast - 20 g (can be replaced with dry 6-7 g)
Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
Salt - a couple of pinches
Flour - 450-470 g
For filling:
Apples
Poppy
Sugar

In this case, I do unpaired yeast lean dough - but, nevertheless, I advise you to check the yeast for "performance". We chop them into a bowl, put a spoonful of sugar for feeding, fill with warm water, mix and wait until a light "yeast cap" forms on the surface. This means the yeast is good, and you can continue to work with it.

Then add the remaining sugar, salt, pour in vegetable oil, you can also add a little vanillin, mix everything.

And, now we sift the flour. Knead the soft, not sticky dough - cover the bowl with the dough with a lid and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.

In the meantime, we are preparing the filling - as I already said, it can be anything to your taste. I have this ready-made apple filling for pies (winter preparation) and poppy seeds, which I soaked in hot water, and then mixed with sugar. The ratio of all the ingredients in the filling is here by eye, something you can rely on less, something more. I used a 0.7 L jar of prepared apple filling, 100 g of poppy seeds and 3 tbsp. l. Sahara...

... and then mixed it all up.

An hour later, we divide the dough that came up into small pieces - 50 g each, round them ...

... then alternately roll out small cakes, put the filling in the middle. We pinch to the middle and round again, roll into small balls.

We transfer the prepared buns to a suitable baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Cover with a cotton towel and leave to proof. After about 15 minutes, grease with vegetable oil on top and sprinkle with sugar.

Such a bun pie is baked in the oven - 30 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
