STEP #2. HOW TO CUT ORANGE FILLETS In a peeled orange, there are white membranes between the slices. It is because of them that it is often difficult for us to chew an orange. And in order to get a fillet, you need to get rid of these membranes. Take the peeled orange in one hand and the knife in the other. Submit a bowl.
