Today I am sharing a recipe for Juicy meat with a bread flavor. This marinade softens and does not dry meat well. Can be grilled and baked in the oven. As a result, the meat turns out to be very spicy and at the same time juicy and aromatic. Try it yourself!

Recipe:

Pork meat on the bone -1.5 kg-2 kg.

Hot mustard

Russian mustard company "Haas" -2-3 tsp.

Salt -1.5 tsp-2 tsp (or to taste)

Seasoning for meat - to taste (or 1 pack)

Light beer -0,5l

COOKING METHOD

Cut 2-3 onions into rings. Meat I take pork on the bone. We add salt, I add at the rate of 1 tsp. salt with a slide for 1 kg of meat. Add seasoning to the meat, at my place is the pork seasoning. Be sure to add hot mustard 2-3 tsp.

I have Haas Spicy Russian Mustard. Pour in 500ml beer for 2 kg of meat, I use light beer. Add onion and mix everything. We leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator. I do it about always in a day.

Now we start cooking meat, today I cook on the grill. I put the meat on the wire rack more tightly to each other. And I fry on coals until tender. I turn it over so that the meat cooks evenly and does not burn. We remove the finished meat from the grill and you can start tasting. Juicy, soft, just melting in the mouth with a rich taste and aroma.
