Preparation:

Take 500g beef tenderloin, salt, pepper to taste and fried in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes. Fry the meat in one piece.

Then we shift it into a baking dish, add your favorite herbs and spices. Just bake tastier meat with a sprig of rosemary. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Temperature is set to 200 degrees.

Now on the pan, where grilled meat, fry a chopped onion and 250 grams of mushrooms. Salt, pepper.

Adding 200 ml of cream (fat does not matter). Also, add to the sauce 100 grams of cream cheese. Alternatively, you can take the cheese to your taste and rub it on a grater. Simmer the sauce for 15 minutes.

Then we pull out of the oven the meat, cut into slices and pour on top of a creamy mushroom sauce. Decorate with greens and call everyone to dinner!
