Simply delicious! Tender juicy chicken with mushrooms, baked in the oven in the test - what could be more delicious? At first glance it may seem that complicated recipe, but in fact everything is very simple! Prepare - and see for yourself how it is delicious!

Necessary ingredients:

puff pastry - 500g
chicken (breast) - 2 pcs
mushrooms - 100g
cheese or cottage cheese - 100g
egg - 1 pc
mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Cheese - 50g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Onions - 1 pc
salt to taste
pepper to taste
sesame
greens

Mushrooms (I usually use either oyster mushrooms) fried with finely chopped onions and cool. Adding cheese (or quark), salt, pepper and herbs.

Chicken breast cut into thin layers. Put the meat on the mushroom stuffing, put a small piece of cheese and turn rolls.

Puff pastry (can be used as yeast and without yeast) roll out and cut into pieces the size of a double chicken rolls.

Wrap rolls in puff pastry, with the edge you need to properly fix. Lubricates the top with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it in the oven, preheated to 180gr. Cooking time depends on the size of the resulting rolls. On average, it is 40-45 minutes. Bon Appetit!
