In this salad everything is from "Olivier", we will only cook in layers. And we will make the top layer of carrots and decorate in the form of a tiger's face. Therefore, carrots are needed decently.

" Taiga Master" - we are preparing a boring " Olivier" for the New Year's table

Ingredients:

boiled sausage without fat
potato
carrot
eggs
fresh cucumbers
canned peas
onion
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
olives for decoration

How to cook:

1. Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs.

Cool and clean everything. Leave 2 medium boiled carrots and one egg for garnish. Chop all other ingredients into small cubes and mix with mayonnaise in different bowls, season with salt and pepper.

2. It is advisable to use pickled onions, so the salad will acquire its zest.

3. Grate the cucumber. Cut the sausage into cubes.

4. Lay the salad in layers on a flat plate: potatoes, onions, sausage, cucumber, eggs, green peas and a lot of grated carrots. Additionally, each layer can be smeared with mayonnaise or covered with it in the form of a mesh for juiciness.

5. From eggs, olives, pieces of cucumber and sausage, decorate the face of a tiger, giving it a great resemblance.

There are many options, each time it turns out differently, even if you prepare such a salad often.

Advice: in this form you can serve "mimosa", salad with chicken and rice, and many other salads.
