✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!

✅👌 Even in Soviet times, in all canteens and restaurants, twice a week there were obligatory, so-called fish days! And the most popular fish on the menu of those days was pollock! But this fish really belongs to the category of the most useful varieties. It contains a lot of protein, amino acids. In addition, it is easy to cut, there are very few bones in it, and the meat is very tender.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for preparing a very tasty dish with this fish. The fish turns out fabulous juicy and melts in the mouth.

Now I buy pollock every week, after my friend taught him how to cook it "Under bread crumbs"

And the recipe is actually very interesting - the whole secret of the taste of this dish depends on the bread... Yes, it’s from bread! Or rather, from bread crumbs, from which it will be necessary to prepare a "fur coat" for fish.

I highly recommend trying to cook such a fish dish at least once, I'm just sure if you didn't like pollock before, after this recipe,

you will definitely love this fish!

📕Ingredients for making pollock: 🥙

Pollock - 500-600 g
Bread - 150 g
Onions - 250-300 g (about 2 medium onions)
Lemon juice - 3-4 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Butter - a small piece
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Black pepper - 1-2 pinches (to taste)

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Bread for making a crust is better to take yesterday or even the day before yesterday, because pretty callous. If you eat it just like that, it is no longer very tasty, but for the preparation of such a dish - just right. We cut the bread (or you can loaf - what you have) into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Pour with vegetable oil and half the norm of lemon juice.

Grind the bread with a blender into crumbs and set aside for now.

Now we take the onion, peel and chop into thin half rings. We transfer the half rings of the onion to a baking sheet or into a mold of a suitable size, having previously greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Smooth the onion layer, sprinkle it with salt and a little pepper.

And now we turn directly to the pollock... We clean the scales, wash, cut off the fins, carefully clean the dark film from the inside. We put the fish in one layer on the onion.

Sprinkle the fish on top with the remnants of lemon juice, add to taste. Then we take a small piece of butter, melt it a little in the microwave, and again pour over the fish.

Sprinkle the cooked bread crumbs on top, evenly covering the fish with it. And we send to bake in the oven ...

That's not all, read to the end ↓↓↓👇👇👇

And this dish will be cooked for about 30-40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. The cooking time depends on the characteristics of your oven. When the dish is golden brown, you can take it out.

Pollock turns out to be surprisingly juicy. The fish pulp literally falls off the bones by itself, you just have to touch it with a fork. The scent is worth it - amazing! I highly recommend this recipe to you. Cook, taste, Bon appetit! 🍽
