Well, how is it in winter without jam from this berry? Now is the time to make a couple of jars of a strategic stock of raspberries, so that you can enjoy yourself in cold weather and defeat colds.

And how to make the healthiest jam from this berry? Let's tell you now.

Ingredients:

1 kg of raspberries
0.7-1.5 kg sugar

How to cook:

1. Gently sort out the raspberries, without wrinkling and removing the spoiled berries. Raspberries should be ripe, fragrant. Pink and unripe berries are not suitable for jam.

Important! You don't need to wash raspberries. But if it is large and dense, there is dust on it or something else, then you can wash it. However, usually you should limit yourself to sorting, since the berry instantly crumples and flows.

2. Place the raspberries in a jam pot. Layers! Sprinkle sugar over the berry like this: put a layer of raspberries in a saucepan or bowl, sprinkle generously with sugar - and so on until the whole berry is finished. It is better to take more dishes.

3. Leave the berries in sugar for 2-3 hours at room temperature (20-22 degrees), once every half an hour, you can already gently stir.

4. Then put the raspberries in sugar over low heat, bring to a boil, remove the froth and cook for exactly 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring gently.

5. Without cooling, put hot, even boiling raspberry jam in hot dry sterilized jars.

Roll up with boiled screw caps and turn upside down until cooled.

Store raspberries cooked in this way in a cool, dark place.
