Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
I have currently managed to get rid of57kg.

Someone after the holidays, even with a minus in weight, came out, someone almost did not gain. And who rested the best - with a good mood after the holidays, rushed back into battle with excess weight!
This is how it should be, do not reproach yourself and not scold.
Even if you allowed yourself too much, you shouldn't be upset.
We know how to get rid of the hated kilograms and, most importantly, without stress for ourselves and the body.
This is a small calorie deficit and a little about PP).
And I continue to grow thin and keep my deficit at 1300 kcal. While my weight is marking time and I suspect that I have caught another plateau (for all the time I had them, probably, 5 pieces together with this).
I have a royal breakfast today.
200 g of potato quiche with mushrooms and sandwiches on whole grain bread (25 g total) with fish paste (less than 25 g). And I and I without the green tea that has become a favorite.
Breakfast, by the way, turned out not so high-calorie - only 355 kcal.
On Saturday everyone is at home and I want to feed everyone with something delicious. I looked at the stocks in the refrigerator and decided to make cheese cakes.
It turned out that the whole family had a percussion of syrniki tea. And lunch can be arranged later.
I have cheese pancakes fried without oil, just a little greased the pan with a brush.
Syrniki percus (165 g) - 270 kcal.
I really love Georgian cuisine and I am haunted by our last trip to the Georgian cuisine cafe.
I would like to come up with something similar to the dishes that are served there, and today I tried to cook a variation on the theme of Georgian cuisine - suluguni, baked in lavash with sauce.
Suddenly it turned out very tasty and the whole plate scattered with a bang!
My lunch turned out like this - pickle (330 g) with baked suluguni in lavash with sauce (about 100 g).
Lunch at 400 kcal.
And after lunch we went for a walk! Losing everything that you ate for such a delicious lunch). We walked for a long time, since the weather allowed.
How beautiful it has become in our forest, it is snowing! I can not help but share a photo and even a video).
For dinner, I didn't have very many free calories and I managed to add a salad with a cucumber, eggs and herbs (total 160 g), seasoned with soft curd (20 g) and chicken breast with vegetables (100 g).
Dinner for 280 kcal.
In just a day, there was 1305 kcal.
I observe the drinking regime. Even when I don't feel like drinking, I go into the kitchen and see a glass and a decanter - I definitely drink a glass of water. We need to recover after the holidays.
How were your first working days in the new year? Is it hard to get into a work rhythm? It's very hard for me to force myself to open the laptop and start working.
