Baked pears can be served as a baby snack, dessert, or a light and healthy snack throughout the day. Choose ripe, juicy, but not overly soft fruits - these lose their shape when baked and turn into puree.
Ingredients:

Mozzarella cheese - 80 g
Honey - 20 g
Step by step recipe:
Step 1 - To cook the oven baked pears with honey and cheese, take the foods on the list. If the fruit is large, then one or two pear halves are enough for one serving. Woody, very dry and tough skin is best removed. Fruits of dessert, sweet varieties with a thin and delicate shell do not need to be peeled. For a change, we bake pears with a simple but tasty filling and under a melted cheese crust. In addition to Mozzarella, salty feta cheese, hard cheeses, as well as moldy cheeses are suitable - the latter do not melt, they give specificity to the amateur (rather, for adults they are sweet).
Step 2 - My pears, cut in half lengthwise. Carefully take out the core with seeds. It is convenient to use a sharp kitchen tool to cut fruit balls. But you can cope with an ordinary knife, the configuration of the recess does not matter, since it will soon be filled with filling and closed with a cheese slice.
Step 3 - After removing the stumps, add the crumbled cookies - a little flour crumbs, as in desserts with dough / savoyardi / biscuits and fruit or cream. Add dried fruits such as raisins, dried apricots, prunes, dried berries, pieces of chocolate, whole or crushed nuts, if desired. If you need to enhance the aroma, add ground spices. If there is a lack of sweetness in the pears themselves, pour in honey or sprinkle them with granulated sugar.
Step 4 - Cut a large mozzarella ball into slices, put the small ones whole, right on top of the filling in pears.
Step 5 - We transfer the pears-blanks into a spacious heat-resistant mold or onto a baking sheet in one layer, without pressing them together. Sprinkle the cheese with a little crumbled biscuits for an extra streusel crumb. We put in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. We bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
Step 6 - Cool slightly, pour with honey and serve dessert pears to the table. Decorate arbitrarily, for example, with a mint branch.
