The recipe for yogurt-based berry pie. Black currant pie

Ingredients: eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar or vanillin 1 gram or to taste, vegetable oil, thick Turkish yogurt 10% fat, flour, baking powder for dough, berries (I have black currant) you can frozen

Cooking method:

In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a whisk or mixer until the sugar is dissolved.

Add vegetable oil and yogurt and stir again

Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix well again until smooth.

I am using a 26 cm baking dish. Cover the baking dish with baking paper, brush with butter and grind with flour or bread crumbs

Put the dough in a mold and smooth, put the berries on top of the dough. If the berries are frozen, then you do not need to defrost them beforehand so that they retain their shape. And so that they do not flow in the dough, frozen berries must be rolled in flour or starch. And only then add to the dough.

Bake at 180 ° C for 50-60 minutes, depending on your oven. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. Bon Appetit!
