The New Year holidays have passed unnoticed and soon we will all plunge into working days.
And someone will once again start losing weight - after all, the festive table left a memory of itself in the form of extra pounds.
I used to lose weight on starvation diets like many others.
Trying to lose weight, I walked in circles. Diet - breakdown - zazhor - a set of even more excess weight and again a diet. What methods have I not tried to lose weight, but if I achieved a result by showing willpower, then it was temporary.
But that all changed when I came to control my diet by counting calories.
On holidays, like many others, I allowed myself to relax, but still tried to control my food. I didn't count KBZHU only on New Year's Eve.
And on Christmas, I arranged a day off for myself both from the calculations of the KBZhU and from the computer (I decided that you would take a little rest from me too).
Finally we tried the Christmas Stollen recipe that Always Red has shared with us all. Stollen turned out great, thanks! I read in the comments a great idea to bake a stollen for Easter - our Easter cakes don't go very well, but the stollen just flew away instantly.
For Christmas lunch we had duck baked in orange marinade and vegetable salad.
In the evening we went to the cinema, dined on rolls and walked around the evening city:
On January 7, no calculations of KBZhU, however, there is as before, I can no longer. Eating habits have changed and from overeating immediately heaviness. Already out of habit, you control yourself and eat in moderation, and not as before you pounce on food.
Holidays are over and from January 8, I again count KBZHU and strictly control food. Yes, and the drinking regime must be adjusted - it was not always possible to drink your water norm on holidays.
I will give an example of my usual day on the count of KBZHU.
Breakfast - favorite sandwiches - dried Darnitsa bread (70 g), 30 g of curd cheese and 80 g of fish paste for green tea.
Higher breakfast for 465 kcal.
Today we are resting at home, and we need to prepare food for a few days in order to free ourselves time for walks and use the remaining weekend to the advantage and have a good rest.
In the morning I put the turkey drumstick ham in the oven to cook. Cook the ham at a low temperature (90 degrees) for about 3 hours (I will leave the recipe in a reminder).
Even today, I plan to bake pancakes, cook soup with meatballs, and if I cook minced meat, you can fry cutlets. So the food will be ready for a few days - only the side dishes will remain.
For lunch I have 460 g of soup with meatballs (minced chicken breast and turkey drumstick) - 200 kcal.
I could not get past the pancakes, but everything fit into my daily calorie!
170 g pancakes and 20 g blueberry-raspberry jam with green tea - 400 kcal. I haven't eaten pancakes since Easter 2020.
And for dinner, cutlets - 170 g (all from the same minced chicken breast with turkey drumstick) and vegetable salad 150 g (tomato, cucumber, lettuce, seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil (5 g).
Dinner went out on 390 kcal.
No photo of dinner. I didn't understand how it happened, but the photo disappeared from the phone, apparently deleted it by accident. I recently deleted photos that I really liked - it was a shame. We must be more careful!
In just a day it turned out 1455 kcal.
B - 80, F - 54, U - 140. I try to observe the drinking regime - I drink 2 liters of water, on holidays it was not always possible to drink the water norm.
This is the usual food and even pancakes and sandwiches. Nutrition control with KBZhU counting makes it possible to maintain your weight and even lose weight without starving and without depriving ourselves of all those dishes that we love.
And tight restrictions and hungry diets are a direct road to breakdowns, jamming and weight gain again. I went through all this and tested it on myself, like many readers of my channel.
And I have a question for you - when do we carry out control weighing? January 10 (the last day off) or give ourselves another week (and we will carry out a control weighing as always on Friday (January 15). During this time, will we finally adjust the diet so that the extra water goes away?
I think it would be more correct to give yourself time and carry out a control weighing on January 15th. Many celebrated Christmas, and in order not to get upset by the numbers of awnings, you need to give yourself time to let the lingering water come out. After all, we all already know that fat in 1-2 days cannot be deposited in an amount of 1-2 kilograms, but water can linger - it is it, for the most part, that is reflected on the scales after the holidays.
