New Year's chocolate cake with mulled wine and dried cranberries

Ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, mulled wine, C0 eggs, 85% dark chocolate, almonds, dried cranberries, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg nuts, salt

Cooking method:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath (or in the microwave) and cool to room temperature.

Grind the almonds very finely.

Rinse the cranberries in cold water, pour boiling water over and leave for 5 minutes. Let the water drain.

Sift flour with baking powder, spices and cocoa. We mix.

Beat everything together until a fluffy white mass.

Then add eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly with a blender.

Add flour, almonds and mix at the lowest blender speed.

Then we work with a spatula.

Pour in mulled wine and add chocolate. Knead thoroughly.

At the very end, powder the cranberries with flour and add to the dough. Mix again.

Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle a little with semolina.

We put the dough in a mold and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 45-55 minutes.

We determine the readiness with a wooden skewer. It must be dry.

Cool in the form and take out the cupcake. We decorate to taste.
