A salad made from simple and affordable ingredients that looks elegant and festive at any meal. It is very easy to cook and quickly, but it turns out very tasty! Guests will eat it faster than "Herring under a fur coat" and "Olivier", which, frankly speaking, are already tired of them.
Ingredients:
Crab sticks
Eggs
Cheese
Champignon
Onion
Vegetable oil
Mayonnaise
Greenery for decoration
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
First, let's prepare the mushrooms. We take 8-10 champignons, cut into plates. If the mushrooms are large, then we cut each plate in half.
Cut one large onion into half rings and fry a little in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes. Then add the mushrooms, a little salt, ground black pepper and fry everything together for about 10 minutes. Then put the mushrooms and onions on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Finely chop 10-12 crab sticks. Grate 100 grams of cheese, finely chop 4-5 boiled eggs.
We have a puff salad, grease each layer with a mayonnaise mesh. Lay out the layers in the following sequence:
1 - crab sticks
2 - fried mushrooms with onions
3 eggs
4 - cheese
Decorate the salad with fresh herbs on top. If you know how to make any elements, for example, roses from eggs, lilies, a Christmas tree or other festive attributes, then it will be cool - the salad will become even more elegant. I can only decorate with greens so far))))
By the way, it can be immediately put on the table; it does not need impregnation and long standing in the refrigerator.
